ND II Exams and ND I resumption... results release update



The Port Harcourt Polytechnic ND II students have commenced their first semester examinations on Tuesday 2nd of May, 2017. It has being noticed that the school have taken to security measures and has advised all students against any form of examination malpractice. During the last examination conducted for the ND I students between the space of March and April, a lot of examination malpractice was noticed and most of the students fall victim. Over 10 impersonators were discovered and few was arrested and handed over to the police while most of them escaped. Also, the school is looking into the issue of fight as it was very much rampant during the ND I examinations as students chase themselves with cutlass and other weapons around the school campus. Students are also concerned about the issue of stealing in the examination halls as students that finishes early disappears with other people’s bags and belongings. Many students were victims of these during the ND I students as many lost bags, money, phones, etc. Students are begging the school authority to do something in order to stop this entire examination hall stealing habit.
Most ND I students are just resuming today being Tuesday 2nd of May 2019 after the school has resumed lectures a week ago. Many departments have started receiving lectures while some departments are still lagging behind. The second semester being a short one, have being dully planned in order for the college academic calendar to move fast.
Results of the ND I first semester examinations is yet to be released as the lecturers were given Monday 8th of May, 2017 as deadline to submit the original copy of the results so as to be published. This decision was made as a result of some students not signing the examination attendance of some of their courses. It is expected that the results will be released anytime from Monday and can be checked at each departments.
