OLD SKOOL DAY OUTCOME….. RAG DAY STICKERS ON SALE N300 @ SUG SECRETARIAT

By Asiwaju Michael A.

Today’s Old Skool day was full of fun and enjoyment. It was rocked by students dressed in various old skool attires. At the early hours of today, the students all marched from the school to Rumuola junction and rallied through the road behind the skool and came back to school straight to the Rector’s office chanting and singing songs that suits the day. Unfortunately, the Rector refused to come out to see the students and they all left in twos disappointed by the Rector’s reaction. Mostly, Access Bank was present as promised and they conducted a whole lot of activities such as March past by each present department in which the Law department was absent. Also there was dancing competition with many more and prizes were given to the best old skool dress and departments. The Student Union won’t also relent in making the day of the students awesome as their DJ was on wheels and slammed songs till late in the evening after a fight ensued among some students which were taken care of by the security agents.
Guess you are still in the party mood, just go home and get freshened up then head to the Metro Park G.R.A (beside CUBANA) for the S.U.G week flag off Old Skool party carnival in which DJ Sleeky will be slamming. There are also activities that should be expected at the carnival such as old school fashion runway, free picture by Nelson photo, Free Airtel simcards @ entry and top 3 best old school outfits wins a free hotel room plus breakfast.
Tomorrow is rag day and the stickers are on sale for just N300 only, we gathered that some students were caught ragging since yesterday and are in police custody. So the school authority are begging students to please get the stickers or sleep at home to avoid sleeping in police cell.
HOPE TODAY WAS FUN??!
